Site to Site Tunnel and Easy VPN Server

Hi, I would like some help please. I have created a vpn tunnel to another company location which works great. I now wish to set up remote VPN access from home workers to our head office using the same interface as the vpn tunnel is set up on. I have been using SDM on a 2821 router. So far the tunnel works and the easy vpn server doesn't can somebody point me in the right direction. As you can probably see from the config I have had a few goes at getting this to work.
