Hi, Site to Site VPN and LAN to LAN VPN are basically the same, just a different name. A Site to Site VPN is basically an IPSec VPN tunnel between 2 routers or firewalls. I would say the former (Site to Site) name is used more commonly used. In more complex VPN designs you can Hub and Spoke VPN and/or Full Mesh VPN.
