Site to Site VPN on ASA 5510

I have setup a site to site VPN on my Cisco ASA 5510 to a watchguard firewall.

Here is some information on the network(s)

Cisco ASA
Network: 192.168.4.0/23 Network

Watchguard
Network: 10.62.20.0/23 Network
This network has another VPN tunnel setup with an existing 192.168.4.0 network, so I was trying to use NAT to translate my 192.168.4.10 IP address that they need to reach to 192.168.11.10

We are connected via IKEv1, and once connected I can ping the 10.62.20.4 server that is required, and they can ping my server at 192.168.11.10. However on my local LAN the connection from my clients using 192.168.4.x to the same server 192.168.4.10 is demonstrably slower. But once I remove the NAT Rule, the speed is back to normal but I can no longer ping across the VPN tunnel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
