Site-To-Site VPN Via PIX

We would like to set up a site-to site VPN to a new office with PIX 515's at both ends of the link. The new office currently has an ADSL line with a single fixed Public IP address assigned to it. Is this possible or do we need to have at least two Public IP address (One for the ADSL modem and one for the PIX).

You will need a fixed public IP address for the outside interface on the PIX, so 2 addresses will be required. Whilst a /30 mask would suffice for this it's also worth considering if you will use the new office PIX for any other connectivity in the future. If so you may need yet more addresses.
