I am working with a small company that has a single server, a client/server app, and shared MS office files. They currently have a couple remote users that connect to the sever via VPN connection over a DSL/Cable connection.
The connection seems to be slow and they occassionally timeout while trying to open word documents.
Is there a better way for the remote user to access the network?
