SNMP from VTI Interface ASA 5506-x

Hi,

I recently setup a VTI from one of our branch sites to our HQ. I cannot get SNMP to work. I cannot select the VTI as an interface. When I use crypto-maps I would just select the Inside interface and it would work. I am running 9.8. Below is the command that I am using. Has anyone tried to setup SNMP from across the tunnel?

This is the command I am using snmp-server host Inside xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx version 3 GUserG

We had similar issues using tftp over site to site tunnels. Did you try the snmp-server source-interface command to specify where the traffic is originating from on the device?
