Speed between 2 Endpoints

I've setup a S2S IPSEC VPN and I'd like to check the actual speed I am getting betwen the 2 endpoints. How can I check my actual tunnel speed?

I've had good results with the free tool iPerf (and the graphical front end jPerf).
