SSL Certificate

I only need a SSL certificate for tests on a 1921 router. 

Now chrome bolocks the site when i connect. I need this for anyconnect and clientless ssl.

Is there a free ssl certificate website where i can get this?

Alternatively, if this is only for testing purposes you can issue an internal certificate from your internal PKI if there is any, install it on the router, and then import its issuer certificate to your testing endpoints. That should fix the issue with Chrome.
