We are currently having a problem with users that use the SSL VPN on our ASA 5515 to access our Citrix environment.
If a user utilizes the Cisco VPN client - they have no issues launching any of their Citrix Xen Apps.\
If a user utilizes the SSL VPN to log into the Citrix environment, they are able to navigate all the way to launching a specific app just fine. Once the app is launched, the Citrix receiver will stall out/hang for upwards of 5 minutes, and at that point, the app may launch, or the receiver may time out.
I did run Wireshark on this and there is no traffic sent after you try to launch the app - with the exception of a keep alive between the client and the server every minute or so.
Wondering if anyone would be able to shed some light on what's going on.
