SSL VPN Client Error

I need help to solve this problem. When SSL VPN client already installed and begin to create the connection to SSL VPN gateway, this error arise (the ssl vpn http response code received from the gateway indicates an error, contact your network administrator)

Make sure that you have configured an ip address pool.

Hi,

I've already configured svc vpn client and successfully connect from client. Client get IP address and I enable split tunnelling. But I still have a problem. I cannot connect to internal network (same subnet with my vpn pool) behind my firewall. Do I need enable or configure some access-list to allow that? or any configuration else?
