Hi experts,
I'm trying to configure a tunnel mode SSL VPN (the one that downloads the client to your PC to give full access to the network) and need your help urgently, sorry for the urgency but my client needs this asap and my wifes due our second baby as of last Monday so time is of the essence
I get a certificate not valid Internet explorer when I browse to http://publicip/remote, which is fine as it's a self signed cert, but when I click "continue" I get a "page cannot be found" error.
Am I missing something from the config or am I missing files from flash (web files)?
I've attached the config as well as a sh ver and dir flash.
I ran the SDM to configure and as such it has inserted an ACL of permit IP any to host publicip, I don't like this much and want to remove it, can you advise?
many thanks
Dave

Hello,
Try changing this command in your context:
gateway gateway_1 domain domain.com
to
gateway gateway_1
the 'domain' specified here is not the actual domain, but a portion after the URL. With the configuration you have, you'd have to connect to the following url to get a webpage:
Which is probably why you're getting an error when you just browse to https://publicip

That's great Jason, it fixed the issue and it now works. It just doesn't work with Windows 7, but fine with XP, something to do with Active X according to Cisco and only if an ASA is in use will it work ok.
thanks again
Dave
