Start Before Logon Issue

Hello All

There is problem with installing Cisco AnyConnect Start Before Logon Component. When I install Component and after rebooting I unable logon to system either locally or remotely. Error appears in Event Logs:

During enabling this function I followed Instructions from Cisco guide.

I have tried this on three computers win7, results the same.

I installed in this order:

1. AnyConnect client 2.5.2019

2. Anyconnect-gina-win-2.5.2019-pre-deploy-k9

3. Added to profile: <UseStartBeforeLogon>true</UseStartBeforeLogon>

Really need help with this, any ideas?
