Hello. My problem is Cisco automatically opens at startup. I have unchecked startup permission boxes under Mac System Preferences and the Cisco VPN preferences.
I am using macOS Mojave v10.14.6 and Cisco AnyConnect v4.7.04056. However, this problem has plagued me for 6+ years across macOS updates, and I assume Cisco versions on different computers. I know it is a common issue, but was unable to find a solution on the message boards.
If anyone has suggestions to try, thank you for offering your help. It's a small, but annoying problem.

Have you tried to modify following attribute inside your XML profile:
<AutoConnectOnStart UserControllable="true">false</AutoConnectOnStart>
Profiles are located in /opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile
You can try it locally, on your device, and if it helps, you'll need to modify it on your headend device (ASA/FTD will update your profile upon reconnect)
