Can AnyConnect Mobile run while a temporary Premium(50 user) license is enabled?

Yes, it should work. But you need anyconnect Mobile license enabled on ASA as well.

yes Keith, Naresh is right, if you have a temporary license with Anyconnect Mobility feature enabled you should be able to use it.
