Tethering with Umbrella

We use the Cisco AnyConnect client with the Roaming Security (VA Appliances).

It seems to prevent all users to use their phone as hotspots, tethering is enabled, the laptop connects fine to the phone (WiFi, USB and Bluetooth) but no Internet. 

If i test with a client without AnyConnect the tethering works fine and Internet traffic works as expected.

Is there anything to do to make it work?

Didn't get exactly the question. Roaming client should work with tethering
and still protect because the DNS is overwritten in kernel.

My laptop works fine with AnyConnect Roaming Security module (Umbrella), Network Access Module and VPN all running while tethered and using hotspot.

I didn't have to take any special measures.

Wouldn't work for me.

I uninstalled AnyConnect and Roaming client, then tested Tethering and now I have  Internet access

Installed AnyConnect again, now tethering works,...

I tested with several computers at work and they all have the same issue, I will try a reinstall on these laptops too.
