I installed Cisco several times on my Mac but nothing works. Can someone help me?

What specific error messages are you seeing and what happens when you try to launch the application?

Verify your VPN server address/URL is correct And your username and password are correct. If this is confirmed, also check System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab and check if there's a blocked Cisco component and allow it (MacBooks sometimes require a restart after this). 

If this is all correct, contact your IT support as they might need to verify your VPN settings or profile, as the issue could be related to server-side configuration.
