I'm currently attending Iowa State University, and I am trying to use a VPN offered to connect to ISU so I can run my CAD programs. The problem is that when I try and connect to the VPN it gives me a message which I've snipped below. I have no idea what to do and was wondering if anyone could help with this problem.

Is this still an issue for you?
Based on your screenshot, I tried connecting and was successfully directed to your university's SAML authentication portal (the browser popup login screen). I did not attempt to authenticate (as I have no credentials) however based on this information the VPN headend appears to be configured correctly.
I would try changing your default/preferred browser and try again. I am using Firefox as my default browser - I am also using Linux, however this shouldn't make a difference.
