Timeout error on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

Hello,

 

I noticed that when I leave my pc on standby during the lunch break (only one hour) the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility client I use for VPN services disconnects and no longer allows me access, giving me the following error: "The IPsec VPN connection was terminated due to an authentication failure or timeout" (please, see the image attached).

I also tried to disconnect the client before standby but the problem persists. Also, I tried to change wifi, restart the pc and disable hibernation on Windows, all to no avail.

 

I don't know how to do it anymore, I hope you can help me.

Reach out to your provider.  I suspect they have something configured in your group policy that is attached to your tunnel group causing this issue
