Traffic Not Using Site-to-Site VPN Tunnel?

Okay, I'm having a bit of a strange time, here. I have a VPN tunnel I've established between sites. I, unfortu nately only have control over my end. But traffic also only needs to originate from my end. Anyway, the tunnel will establish, but I can't get any traffic to go over the tunnel! I've had to NAT overload my private IPs, since both networks are using the same subnet and we can't change them. But how can I force traffic to use the tunnel for particular IPs (not on the same subnet I'm using) on the other end of this tunnel? I thought it would dynamically create the routing paths, but it doesn't seem to.

The adaptive security appliance at the first site is referred to as ASA 1 from this point forward.

To configure the local adaptive security appliance, perform the step in the link
