Trusted Network Detection not working properly

I just recently turned on AnyConnect "Always On" and trusted network detection for all of my users. The majority of my 3k plus users are working just fine but I have a handful that are being prompted to connect to AnyConnect even while on a trusted network. I verified that they have the correct AnyConnect profile on their machine and I verified that their DNS servers are correct (I am using DNS servers to identify the trusted networks) but they are constantly prompted to connect to AnyConnect. Anyone come across this issue?

I've been troubleshooting this for a while with no fix yet. The workaround we use now is to uninstall AnyConnect and delete the Cisco folder in Program Files x86 folder. Then reinstall Anyconnect client. We have the same issue where it doesn't affect all users. I'll post an update if I get any more information from our troubleshooting.
