Two simultaneous vpn connections from the same hotel

We have a situation where two people are staying at the same hotel. The hotel has wireless internet access. Each person can access our network through the vpn (using the Windows vpn client) however the second isn't able to connect while the first is connected. Each connection comes in with the same IP address.

Is there anyway to have more than one person connected to the vpn using the same internet connection?

You need to configure NAT-Transparency on your head-end device. Not sure what you are using to terminate the VPN but here is the link if you are doing it on a router.

Here it is for the 3000 Concentrator

Look here as well

Hope this helps.

Does this require use of the Cisco vpn client or will the Windows vpn client work as well?

Sine this involves a configuration change on the head-end device this will work for any client that connects to it.

Thanks,

Travis

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
