Hello all
Our ASA SSLVPN cannot connect on XP, but Win7 can.
While using AnyConnect VPN Client on XP, it shows "The VPN client is unable to establish a connection"
and debug message is:
SVC Message: 16/ERROR: Failed to fully establish a connection to the secure gateway (proxy authentication, handshake, bad cert, etc.)
We found that the Auth backend works well on XP and Win7, but find nothing about this problem
Would anybody please give a comment?
Thanks a lot

Hi Stephon,
Are the Anyconnect clients not able to connect on all the Windows XP machines ?
There are known issues caused by an incompatibility between AnyConnect 2.4 and Kaspersky AV Workstation 6.x.
If you are using KAspersky, (or any ohter Antivirus) please disable and test the anyconnect conenctions on the Windows XP.
Let me know if this helps,
Cheers,

Yes, all Windows XP machines cannot use Anyconnect client to use SSLVPN. But We have not used Kaspersky
even if disabled AntiVirus and Windows Firewall both, this situation also occurs.
This problem is happened in these 2 days, nothing about running-config has changed.
Thanks a lot
