I am unable to reconnect to the VPN after disconnecting, AnyConnect keeps displaying 'Waiting for next scan'. The only way for me to reconnect is to reboot.
OS: WIndows 10 Enterprise
Version: 21H1
Build: 19043.1466
AnyConnect v4.9.05042

- FYI : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCui80041 and or check if you can make connections to the remote services anyway

what other options do I have other than rebooting? Is there a service that needs to be restarted?

- I mean just check if you can connect to what you need, even if that message is still appearing.

I can not.

- You may try to upgrade to latest Anyconnect , and try again : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286281283/type/282364313/release/4.10.04071

Anyconnect installation is controlled by our IT dept, I've submitted a request for the update. Thank you

- Note that this problem may also be related to these bugs : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCui27773?rfs=iqvred , and https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCue68555?rfs=iqvred , meaning if Anyconnect services are terminated on an ASA-firewall at the company's end , then the following settings on the ASA may help :
(config)#service internal
(config)# webvpn
(config)# hostscan data-limit 300
Useful info for your IT dept.

The problem has been solved - Fiddler had installed a number of certificates and everything returned to normal once they were deleted
