Hello to everyone
I'm not an network expert but i need an advice about how to troubleshoot problems we face with Anyconnect when one of our user try to connect forom home to our VPN
Essentially anyconnect connects and disconnects continuously, we thought we had some problems with our VPN but tryng to connect the clients using an HotSpot provided by a Smartphone the connections worked well without any disconnection,
So i suppose the problem is probably some parameter configure in his home router, whay it would be? the MTU or What?
any advice?

Hi,
What is the VPN headed device, ASA or IOS router? If it's ASA, have the following debugs enabled before the user tries to log on: " debug webvpn 255" and "debug webvpn anyconnect 255". Post the output here.
The Anyconnect client logs from the endpoint would also be useful.
Regards,
Cristian Matei.

Is this a wide issue in your anyconnect environment or just few users having this issue. we had a similar problem when we have to roll out remote work due to cronavirus. I had a dealing with one user only he was keep discounted while working from home. took logs which did not point me any useful information. asked him to do a hotspot on his phone. on hotspot no issues. but with his broadband the issue was noted. therefore we close this ticket and wrote the issue is with client broadband not issue with our network. as we have to deal other issue not have enough time to deal client broadband setting. tell you user to log a ticket with broadband provider.

I don't know what to do, change some parameter on his Broadband Rotuer?...but what?
