User receives error when attempting to establish a VPN Session

Instructed user to check with provided to ensure that there are no restrictions via the firewall.  Also had user uninstall Cisco VPN client and reinstall.  That temporarily fixes issues.  However, issue still persists.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
