Users have started receiving "Login Failed" when attempting to log into Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
All VPN users are LOCAL users on the ASA. They set their own password then log into Cisco Anyconnect VPN. (We don't have many users)
The ASA version 9.16(4).
The workaround has been to delete the user and re-add them, but it doesn't last for long.
Example: User X reports "login failed" error message. We reset their password and they still cannot log in. Next, we delete their account from the ASA, re-add it, then they can log in. Within days the same thing happens - the account is unable to log into the VPN.
Is there any solution for this?
