I have a PIX 500 with 6.3(5). I have set up a couple of VPN accounts all of which are working but the one with the username tbible. She is part of the PenSolUsers vpngroup.

The config looks pretty much the same for all users. Have you tried to connect and log on with this user-id from a different PC?
That would be a way to exclude the workstation side of the configuration.

We got this taken care of. I was installing a VNC server on the client workstation. Duh.
