VPN 4.0.4B on Motion Computing Windows XP Tablet

I am having problems installing 4.0.4B client on the Windows XP tablet made from Motion Computing. I have other clients in the building who have had no problems installing this particular brand. I can install 3.6.1 on it with no problems. It will get to the point where it trying to install the network adapters and then hang. I cannot see anything that is different.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you check for the version compatability and open caveats or release notes for 404B ? That might help
