On occasion, the AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, version 4.10.06079 received my password to establish a VPN connection with our corporate network and fails. Our corporate tech employees are unable to solve this. I have collected diagnostics on this issue and the timeout occur at the step. (See below in bold.) Normally I would receive a push notification on my mobile phone for multi-factor authentication but this never occurs due to this timeout. In fact, my login credentials are not validated either. (It does not make it to that step.) Lastly and most interestingly, this is not specific to my machine as it does not work on other machine, but it is seemingly related to Microsoft Windows, Active Directory group. When I am moved into a different active directory group, this issue goes away. (I am not aware how how this is related to Active Directory.)
