Hello everyone.
I need to configure a vpn client (anyconnect) on an ASA 5510 to work with iPhone and android phones with Jabber.
I have the basic license on ASA.
Anyone know if you need a special license?
Thank you.

Hi Marvin and thanks for your response.
If I understand correctly, I need a AnyConnect Mobile license only for two simultaneous connections.
If I want more simultaneous connections, also need a Anyconnect premium or AnyConnect Essentials. It's correct?
I just need to make a demo, you know if there is any type of temporary license?
Thank you.

Premium or Essentials should already be on your ASA. Check "show version" or "show activation-key" to verify,
To use either iOS or Android clients, you need the AnyConnect mobile license which works in conjunction with Premium or Essentials. That applies whether you are using 1 or 1000 devices. There is no demo or temporary license that I'm aware of. The cost is only around US$100 so it's not a very expensive investment.

I doublechecked and there is a demo license available. See the licensing question in the Q&A here.
It does require Essentials or Premium as a prerequisite. Most of the newer boxes I have been working on include 2 AnyConnect Premium licenses as the default. I'm guessing you have a slightly older box running something like 8.2 or earlier.

Thanks Marvin.
The ASA is running on version 8.2(1)
I will try to buy the licenses.

Hmmm, OK. you should have the two built-in AnyConnect Premium licenses available even on ASA 8.2 on a 5510 with base license. That's what's documented here.
You may need to issue the command "no anyconnect-essentials" to activate it.
