VPN between dynamic IP's

Hi everyone, i have to configure vpn for 3 diferents site the problem is that all of them have dynamic ip does anyone know how to do this configuration?, i tried put the hostname instead the ip address and update it with ddns but it doesnt work.

I've never been able to get that to work.

At least the receive side should have a static IP.

Two different sites, people got it working with DDNS.

Now three different I'm not sure how that would scale but potentially doable.
