I am an end user attempting to connect in to work via VPN using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client from home. If I use my home Internet connection (Wi-Fi to laptop). I get the error "Could not connect to server. Please verify internet connectivity and server address." If I use my phone hotspot connection, I am able to connect.
For context, I have previously been able to successfully connect to work via the VPN using my home Wi-Fi for the past few months. The only thing that has changed since I last successfully connected on Friday is that my home had a power cut, meaning that the modem/router turned off and the Wi-Fi was temporarily disabled. The Wi-Fi is now working again but the VPN cannot connect. (I have checked using other non-work VPNs and they are able to connect to my home Wi-Fi after the power cut - the only VPN that is unable to connect is my work Cisco VPN.)
Do you have any advice? Thank you.

- Could you restart the modem again with 'solid' power off/on ; perhaps there was a quirk that prevented to boot the modem again being fully functional afterwards ,

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, this does not seem to have helped

- But the problem can't be related to Anyconnect because it works on the hotspot on your phone ,

a few things:
1) browse to the url from a browser
2) ping from cmd line and see if you can ping the host

Thanks for the suggestion. What part of DART should I be sharing and how should I share it with you?

- And to add to an earlier reply : it must be something else then Cisco Anyconnect because it works when you are using
the hotspot function from your phone.
