VPN Client 4.8 add/remove fail

Upgrading the vpn client to installshield vpn 4.8. If we do an install with the OEM.INI set to SilentMode=0 and Reboot=0, the application will not allow the client to be later removed by clicking Add/Remove - Remove or from the Start Menu - Uninstall VPN Client. If we do a manual install without these settings, the Add/Remove works fine. Is there a way to re-enable the Add/Remove after doing and silent install?

I think you have missed something during your installation. That is the reason you are receiving this problem. Better, you try reloading the device in which you have done this installation and check it out. If the problem still persists, send me a snapshot of the procedure you have used in your installation.
