VPN Client all of a sudden not working

Did an outside interface address change on this PIX 501 yesterday- all of a sudden their client VPN does not work.  I have verified the configuration- nothing in the VPN config has changed.  I am now seeing a "ISAKMP OAK INFO *(HASH.NOTIFY:NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN") in the log on the VPN client. 

I have cross referenced that on google- nothing in the NAT statements, Access-list, or the VPN configurations have changed.  Any ideas?

Your configuration is absolutely fine.

Please try the following:

no crypto map VPN interface outside

crypto map VPN interface outside

Remove and reapply the cryptomap on the outside interface and see if this helps.
