vpn client and server at the same time

could a vpn device, say a firewall, be a vpn server for mobile users and at the same time a client to another vpn device, say another firewall?

Hi there

I don;t think the PIX has the capacity to act as a h/w VPN client and also as a server.

It can eother be one. Primarily because for it to act as a server you would enable isakmp. But to act as a h/w VPN client you will not be able to configure till you diable isakmp on it.
