VPN Client Connects but nothing received

Hello,

We have many remote users connecting to a 3005 concentrator using the Cisco VPN Client, RSA SecurID auth and Zonelabs Integrity firewall. We have had a few users experience an issue where they can connect okay but no traffic will traverse the tunnel. If I ping the client, the 3005 will record TX bytes but RX bytes are always zero. In the past we simply upgraded the VPN client from 4.0.3 to 4.6 and the issue seemed to be resolved, however we are now also seeing this on some of the 4.6 clients. All remote clients are WinXP SP1.

Check the configurations on the VPN cocentrator side, seems like only one Security Association is being formed. You need one each for data transfer to happen.
