Jean,
Currently there is no support for Cisco VPN client to runing on a 64bit machine that I am aware of. There are work around it such as emulating 32 bit windows OS through VMware and run Cisco vpn client off the Vmware 32bit.
The current solution is to use clientless vpn like SSL webvpn / Anyconnect vpn. That would required the RA server to implement SSL vpn on their firewalls if they are using PIX/ASA 7.x or above versions.
Look into this link SSL VPN/Web VPN sections.

Jorge,
Thanks a lot!! I think I'd need to downgrade it to 32-bit.

Most enterprise organization would prefer not to change the backend to accomodate a new OS. Why not port the existing code to x64? Is the development outsourced? Perhaps no source code?
