VPN Client <-> PIX515e Tunnel dropping

Hi,

I'm using a Pix515e 6.3(1) and VPNClient V4.0.1 to remote access

for users. I'm getting some users reporting that the "connection stops

working after a while" and they have to re-establish the connection.

I'm got a trace/log from the VPNClient (see below).

It's not an inactivity timer or connection duration timer on the PIX,

so I wondered if anyone else has seen this.

Many Thanks,

Maybe your client router or modem cable cannot handle fragmentation .

You may try to adjust the MTU on the client side .

Start - Programs- Cisco....-Set MTU

The default value is 1300 , you can lower it until you reach a value wich

always work .
