vpn client periodically don't save password

although in vpn client it's selected to save password, sometimes it prompts for password

I see - vpn client removes encryption password from pcf file

You need VPN token which used to store username and passwords. Just mark the .pcf file as read only after you've set savepassword to 1 and userpassword to what ever password you have, it will not overwrite anymore.
