I am having the exact same problem, I think. The analysis given when sending the crash report back to Microsoft is a vague "Unknown error, consider BIOS upgrade" type of message. I have already upgraded all drivers - network card, display driver, various motherboard drivers - to the latest available versions from the manufacturers, but to no avail. I have also removed the QoS packet service from the TCP/IP configuration, as this was mentioned on one page in Cisco's site.
Any hints or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
