VPN Client Session Failure

Any suggestions as to the source of this error. Here is a snippet from my client logs. I am running latest code on both the concentrator and client.

1.TCP SYN sent to (My VPN 3K public IP), src port 1172, dst port 10000

2. TCP SYN-ACK received from (My VPN 3K public IP), src port 10000, dst port 1172

3. TCP ACK sent to (My VPN 3K public IP), src port 1172, dst port 10000

4. TCP connection established on port 10000 with server (My VPN 3K public IP),

5. Attempt connection with server (My VPN 3K public IP),

6. Attempting to establish a connection with (My VPN 3K public IP),

7. SENDING >>> ISAKMP OAK AG (SA, KE, NON, ID, VID(Xauth), VID(dpd), VID(Unity)) to (My VPN 3K public IP),

8. Unexpected TCP control packet received from (My VPN 3K public IP), src port 10000, dst port 1172, flags 10h

There could be a couple of different events that could cause this error. One the client system may have a firewall installed that may be causing the issue. Two slow connection that the client is using that has latency and delay.

Also check if the encapsulation matches on both sides.
