Hello,

I have a user who connect our VPN Concentrator from subsidiary company using VPN client software. Subsidiary company has Firewall installed, so I need to ask them to open ports for VPN connection.

Which ports Cisco VPN Client use ?

hi michiko,

ask him to open UDP ports 500 & 4500. if it still doenst work, ask him to open IP 50 & 51.
