vpn client using pptp on windows xp sp2 to 3015 concentrator

I have a user who is using pptp to connect to a 3015 concentrator. If they have windows firewall enabled they are unable to connect. Is there a port they can allow on the windows firewall to connect via pptp without completely disabling windows firewall?

PPTP uses two ports, TCP/1723 for connection establishment, and IP protocol 47 (GRE) for data, so you'd have to allow both.

Note that GRE sits right on top of IP, it is not a TCP/UDP protocol, so you have to make sure you add the filter in right.
