I'm using VPN Client Version 5.0.07.0440 at a GM building at their Tech Center, it connects fine but drops out after 3 to 5 minutes. Very early in the morning 5:30 to 6:30 am it will stay connected up to 50 minutes, usually about 30.
My IT guys are stumped, I had an older machine with the same VPN software that worked fine, unfortunately that machine is long gone.
GM IT guys can't touch my machine because it doesn't belong to them.
Any Ideas? I can't continue to work like this!
The documents below were created by me to try to communicate issues to my IT department. These are the error/dialog messages that were generated while trying to use the VPN Client.
Oh yeah, we are using Lotus Notes for our email........ugh.
