VPN Client with Firewall Push Policy Problem

I have the 3.5 Client running to a 3005 Concentrator - Firewall Enforcment is on for the Clients - all services work except for Terminal Services. I am using the default policy that gets pushed to the Client - Any out. My understanding is that the Cleint Firewall policy is for non VPN traffic, but that doesn't explain why when I turn the "Firewall Required" feature off, that terminal services start to work.

Does anyone have any ideas for me.

Sounds like a software issue. Have you had the chance to call Cisco about it yet?
