VPN concentrator 3000 series is not shows any console screen

                             I use CISCO VPN CONCENTRATOR 3000 Series Is not work I do lots of troubleshoot but I cannot view the console screen with different terminal software (e.g.-putty, securert)

And I changed bound rate also 9600 and 115200 but still I cannot terminal vpn screen I check DRAM and MOTHERBOARD there was no problem I can’t find what is the issue

                             I checked console cable and every physical thing but every thing fails I need to up our vpn concentrator again please help for me

Kelli is correct that this forum is for Cisco AnyConnect but not for any VPN headends.

EOL/EOS for the VPN 3000 Series Concentrators - Cisco shows the last date of HW support is 2012-Aug-31. Please replace it with a Cisco supported product, such as Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) - Cisco.
