Hi,
I just enter first time for unresolved issue of Cisco VPN Client software.
I already had google and did not get any possible answer. This problem is strange to conclude.
We are using Elite practice management app which will be used the Cisco VPN client to connect the remote device (VPN concentrator i hope).
I have Tax Agent ID and pass code to authenticate remote server. Some Tax agent ID not able to connect the VPN and it shows "No VPN concentrator is found" error message. The same user has logon in administrator role of windows with same Tax Agent ID, he could. But same user in non-admin role able to connect through some other Tax agent ID.
Here I couldn't conclude it is problem of
1. windows permission. (application support blame windows security permission)
2. Tax agent ID (can't force to decide, because it is working in windows administrator permission)
3. VPN client software (this software work well individually with remote device)
I am trying to resolve this problem in last six months for alternate solution.

2. This is actual Agent ID which create error. But this ID is working well under windows administrator mode
