VPN Concentrator or VPN-enale router?

I am very curious to know which product that I should choose. I have no more than 20 branch offices (no more than 50-people each), which needed to connect back to our HQ's intranet to via Internet.

VPN concentraor or VPN-enable router?

I can't stress enough my like of the Concentrator for this type of setup. Router is OK but I prefer dedicated hardware.

I would favor VPN concentrator as the device is purpose-built, offers higher performance and easy-to-use mgmt. interface.

By-the-way, is there any material explaining where the VPN concentrator fits in the network (before, parallel, behind the firewall)? - different design scenarios with PIX and VPN.
