Windows XP and VPN ....IKE received delete notification

For one of our at home agents, we are running VPN through Microwave internet. She is using Windows XP; however, she is having trouble connecting to VPN. She reaches our VPN concentrator; however, when she puts in her log in credentials, she receives the error "start back call failed..IKE received delete notification."

Has anyone had similar issues with XP and VPN? Or any suggestions. Thanks
