VPN Configuration in cisco 800 series (877w)

We have DNS Server and the Exchange 2010 Server at our head office.We would like to access the server from our plant computer.We don't have server at the plant.We have the public IP at our head office.We would like to built connection between our server at the head office and the plant computer.We need to configure VPN on our router.Can you provide necessary steps required to configure the router.
